Plan rules

  • Each plan site is one Standard site. Add-ons, rush delivery, care plans and edits are invoiced separately at normal prices, and specialist domains are billed at cost.
  • Every plan is paid 50% upfront. The rest is due on handover for 1 site, or once the first site is handed over for 3 and 5 sites.
  • Plan sites can be used within 12 months of purchase. We send a reminder 30 days before the end.
  • Each site's 5-working-day clock starts when its brief and content arrive, with up to 2 sites in progress at once (more by arrangement). Plan holders are booked first.
  • If we miss the agreed date on a plan site, half that site's per-site price comes off your next invoice.
  • You get a statement of sites used and sites left after every job.
  • Unused plan sites aren't refundable, except under the late guarantee or if we stop trading, when they're refunded at the plan's per-site price.

Domains. Specialist and premium domains are not included and are billed at cost, both the first year and every renewal. This covers industry domains such as .law, .legal, .attorney, .health, .dental, .clinic, .doctor, .finance and .insurance, premium-priced names, and any domain whose first-year price is over £15. Standard domain renewals after the first year are billed at cost, or the domain is transferred to the agency.

Terms

  • 50% to start, the rest on handover (on 3- and 5-site plans, once the first site is handed over).
  • Deposit back if we miss the agreed date (on 3- and 5-site plans, half the site's price off your next invoice).
  • The delivery clock starts once we have the deposit and all the content, and pauses while we wait for your feedback.
  • Pay by card through OnePay or by bank transfer, in pounds. Invoices are due within 7 days. Hosting and paid plugins are billed at cost.
  • No VAT is added to our invoices.
  • A written quote is sent and agreed before any work starts. The quote and the Agency terms form the agreement.
  • You own all code, files and logins once paid in full. We never contact your clients.
